equirements:

* Candidates should possess tertiary qualification or Diploma/Certificate in insurance or insurance related studies. * Should be a seasoned general insurance professional with at least 10 years working experience in general insurance, preferably in marketing role

* A self-starter, proactive team player and result-oriented person

* Pleasant personality with good communication and managerial skills

* Possess good business and sales acumen

* Required to travel when neccessary

Responsibilities:

* To set up a new branch

* Focus and drive to achieve targets, budgets and business results

* To penetrate new market and increase company market share, profitability and provide market information to management

* Study and capture sales opportunity in the market

* Provide monthly marketing reports required by management

* Required to effectively manage the branch operations
