| Job Description: To carry out preventive maintenance and repair works to all company’s products with minimum supervision. To log and record all repair / servicing done. To trouble shoot callback with minimum supervision. To carry out all job assigned by Section Manager or Technical Associate. To get owner’s verification for work done if required under the contract to do so. Responsible for own safety in the jobsite and safety of assistance. Also responsible to follow WWJSSS policy. To perform in any other responsibilities as required and requested by the HOD. Job Requirements: Certificate / Diploma in technical or with relevant working experience. | Responsibilities: To lead a team in Accounts and Finance Department to manage all facets of the accounting and finance functions which include financial and management reporting Responsible for full spectrum of the Group's finance, accounting, costing and tax functions Lead annual budgeting exercise, including forecasting and planning, variance analysis, reviewing and monitoring costs and budgeting Formulate accounting policies and procedures to improve internal control Preparation and timely submission of monthly financial report, management accounts, budget, costing and forecast for the Company and the Group and any other ad-hoc report Preparation and review of tax computations, submission of tax returns and liaison with tax agent and tax authorities on tax matters concerning the Group Monitor compliance to accounting standards and policies and also adherence to Group's operating policies and procedures Advise on tax planning of the Group Assist management in decision making process by preparing relevant data and analysis Liaise with bankers, external auditors, company secretary, tax agents and other professionals to ensure compliance will all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirement Oversee credit control activities by formulating and monitoring policy and procedures in relation to proper maintenance of accounts receivables Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or Finance / Professional accounting qualification. Qualified CPA and/or a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountancy (MIA) is an added advantage At least five (5) years of relevant working experience with a minimum three (3) years of managerial experience Commercial experience in property development, industry or corporate finance would be preferred Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills Strong financial aptitude and business acumen Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and accounting packages Able to multi-task and meet deadlines Highly motivated with management skills and leadership quality Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia We invite suitable candidates to submit a detailed resume and a photograph (strictly compulsory) via Fax or Email to Haliza at: 603 - 2094 8284 and/or haliza@sungeiwang.com.my before 16 November 2009.
