Job Description: • To carry out preventive maintenance and repair works to all company’s products with minimum supervision. • To log and record all repair / servicing done. • To trouble shoot callback with minimum supervision. • To carry out all job assigned by Section Manager or Technical Associate. • To get owner’s verification for work done if required under the contract to do so. • Responsible for own safety in the jobsite and safety of assistance. Handle all sales enquires from Consultants, Architects, Developers etc 2. Manage the site activities of elevator installation projects 3. Liaise and coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, architects, consultants and suppliers including Government Authorities in the timely completion of projects assigned. 4. Assist NE sales department to collect/submit tender documents including shop drawings for East Malaysia Branch. 5. To secure orders in East Malaysia Branch 6. To ensure timely completion of jobs according to OTIS standard. 7. Assist in attending construction site coordination and site meetings so as to ensure performance objectives are realised. 8. Ensure that daily activities are complying to OTIS WWJSSS Policies and ISO requirements. 9. To reply all incoming correspondences including customer complaints. 10. Propose and negotiate on Price Adjustment, Conversion and Contract Renewal. 11. To work on Recaptures. 12. To be alert and aware of market trend conditions and competitions. 13. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement or Operations. • Must possess at least 5 years of experience in procurement and operations (planning, & scheduling, quality, warehouse, transportation and inventories). • Possess an analytical mind frame, and possess high negotiation skills. • Must be able to function well in a strong teamwork environment, and able to work on tight deadlines.
